Baby Update!!

Hey everyone! Today Kenneth and I had our ultrasound to find out the gender of Baby Noyce, and we will be having a...

BABY BOY!!

We are SO excited! We will be naming him Daniel Scott (and calling him Danny) after Kenneth's two best friends that he grew up with. I am so happy that we were able to find out at all because the baby wasn't wiggling all that much! But alas, he opened his legs, and even before the Dr. said anything, Kenneth says, "It's definitely a boy!!" :-)

As most people probably know, I was very anxious for a girl - I love all the cute ways you can dress them up and everything, and mostly I just wanted to see Kenneth was a little girl wrapped around his finger! I am SOOO happy about the news of a boy though! Hopefully he will be a fun (yet safe) big brother to our future children as well! Welcome to the family Baby Danny - you're no longer just an "It." Whoo hoo!

P.S. Ultrasound photos to follow shortly.

Congratulations!! Is it weird to finally know what you are having and not have to refer to him as an "it" or just plain "baby"? I remember when I found out that I was having a girl- it took a while to change "it" to "her". That is awesome that you are having a boy- you are going to be such a cute mom! I am so excited for you!

CONGRATULATIONS! It must be nice to know what you're having. I'm sure Danny will be a great big brother to the little girls you'll have. I always wanted one of those :-)

hooray for 'it' being Danny- we love little boys! And love the name, it was one of our contenders.
